




Job Summary: Responsible for setting up and organizing event rooms, preparing audiovisual equipment, ensuring the maintenance of venues and equipment, and supporting customer reception and accompaniment. Providing support and accompanying customers during event execution. **Job Description:** ---------------------- Set up and organize rooms according to the contracted layout (auditorium, classroom, U-shape, banquet, etc.). Prepare audiovisual equipment (projector, microphone, sound system, flip chart, etc.). Verify the setup checklist before the event begins. Dismantle and reorganize the space after the event concludes. Maintain audiovisual equipment and furniture used during events. Ensure rooms are clean, organized, and meet Aguativa’s standards. Assist in material inventory control and report replenishment needs. Greet customers and vendors related to events, clarify doubts, and address their needs as required. Support room presentations, available spaces, and facility overviews as needed. Accompany customers during event execution to ensure all requirements are met.
