Job Summary: We are seeking an English Language Learning (ELL) Teacher passionate about education who will prepare and deliver English lessons, develop teaching materials, and assess student progress. Create an Encouraging and Inclusive Learning Environment About the Position This selection process is for a full-time English Language Learning (ELL) Teacher position, scheduled from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with a weekly workload of 44 hours. As an ELL Teacher, your main responsibilities and challenges will include: * Preparing and delivering English as a second language lessons aligned with an appropriate curriculum or teaching program. * Developing lesson plans and teaching materials suited to students’ proficiency levels and learning needs. * Teaching foundational language skills, including vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, and idiomatic expressions. * Encouraging active student participation in interactive and practical activities that promote effective use of English. * Regularly assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback on performance. * Identifying individual student needs and adapting lessons accordingly. * Creating an encouraging and inclusive learning environment that fosters student confidence and motivation. * Utilizing technological resources and audiovisual materials to enrich the teaching and learning process. * Collaborating with other teachers and education professionals to develop and implement effective teaching strategies. Mandatory Requirements for This Opportunity: Completed Bachelor’s Degree in Pedagogy Completed Bachelor’s Degree in Languages — English Proven fluency in English Previous teaching experience of 3 to 5 years Desirable Requirements for This Opportunity: Google for Education Certification Postgraduate degree in the field Join Our Team!
