The Alicerce educator for youth and adults—whom we call a Guide—supports students who, for any reason, were unable to complete their studies, by developing skills in Reading, Writing, Mathematics, and workforce-related competencies. **Mandatory Requirements for Application:** \- Hold a completed undergraduate degree in Humanities, Biological Sciences, or Exact Sciences; \- Have teaching experience; \- Be available to deliver lessons aligned with pedagogical learning pathways, covering Portuguese language, Mathematics (Elementary Education I and II), socioemotional skills, and exploration of contemporary topics outlined in the BNCC, adapting to the project's target audience; \- Possess basic knowledge of the Windows operating system, Microsoft Office applications, and the Internet; \- Demonstrate proficiency in modern Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs); \- Own a computer or laptop with Internet access. **Preferred Qualifications:** \- Experience teaching youth or adults; \- Experience in social projects. **About the Position:** **LOCATION:** Rua Ernesto Foizer, 200, Chacara Versalhes, Araçatuba, SP **Class Schedule:** 3 times per week, 1h30 per day.
