Job Summary: Monitor entry and exit of people and vehicles, safeguard property, ensure premises security, and handle correspondence. Key Highlights: 1. Monitoring and controlling access of people and vehicles 2. Ensuring security of property and premises 3. Managing correspondence and packages Monitor the entry and exit of people, observing their movement in the main entrance lobby, elevator lobbies, courtyards, building corridors, and garage. Monitor and safeguard property by controlling entry and exit of people and vehicles within the premises via internal CCTV systems, reporting any anomalies and taking appropriate actions to ensure premises security. Attempt to prevent suspicious individuals from entering. Direct others to their requested destinations. Be responsible for general correspondence and small-sized packages sent to building occupants, receiving them and delivering them to recipients to avoid loss or other unpleasant incidents. Requirements: Completed high school education. Prior experience performing these duties is desirable, such as: Experience in screening vehicles and pedestrians, identifying visitors, registering service providers, and following delivery and goods receipt protocols. Basic computer skills (end-user level). Experience in residential and commercial condominiums is desirable.
