Monitoring and handling internal and external feedback **Job Description:** ---------------------- \- Respond to cooperative members, beneficiaries, and service providers of Unimed Cerrado via email, phone, and other communication channels to clarify doubts and propose alternatives for better meeting their needs, while performing administrative tasks related to the relationship management area. \- Routinely facilitate customer interactions by building sustainable and trust-based relationships through open and interactive communication, identifying opportunities for improvement from the customer's perspective, and supporting the Relationship Analyst with information and data for critical analysis and action planning. \- Daily monitor and handle feedback from internal customers (other departments of Unimed Cerrado) and external stakeholders via CRM and/or other communication channels, proposing appropriate solutions and alternatives, tracking resolution progress, and providing timely responses within established deadlines and standards. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Completed High School Education Experience in customer service roles Microsoft Office Suite **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- NOT APPLICABLE **Salary:** ------------ $1,927\.00 **Benefits:** --------------- Meal/Voucher Allowance R$1487,87 Mobility Allowance Remote Work Allowance Birthday Day Off Health and Dental Insurance Life Insurance Study Grant Wellhub **Work Location:** ---------------------- Unimed Cerrado \- Operator **Working Hours:** ------------------------ From 08:00 to 17:00
