Job Summary: We are seeking an operational leader to supervise the Distribution Center/CPD, ensuring efficiency and quality in internal processes and leading the team. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on process efficiency, quality, and fluidity We seek a professional with leadership qualities, organizational skills, and operational vision to supervise the Distribution Center/CPD, ensuring smooth operations, inventory control, support to units, and performance monitoring of the team. This position plays a strategic role in the company's operational organization, responsible for ensuring efficiency, quality, and fluidity in internal processes. \- Key Responsibilities Ensure control over inbound and outbound goods Coordinate planning and execution of input production Ensure food safety and quality standards Ensure accurate order picking and delivery Lead, monitor, and develop the operational team Assign tasks and monitor daily operational demands Conduct alignment and operational follow-up meetings Ensure cleanliness, organization, and standardization of the environment Provide operational support to restaurants/units Monitor KPIs and report results to management \- Requirements High school diploma completed Prior experience in CD/CPD coordination or supervision Proficiency in Excel Organized, responsible profile with strong leadership skills Ability to manage teams and handle operational routines \- Behavioral Profile We seek someone who has: Ownership mindset and accountability Operational organization and discipline Strong communication skills and leadership presence Agility in problem-solving Ability to work under pressure and track results Working Hours Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Saturday: rotating schedule Job Type: Full-time Compensation: R$2\.000,00 \- R$5\.000,00 per month Work Location: On-site
