Job Summary: Professional responsible for providing balanced and specific meals to patients according to standardized diets and under the guidance of a nutritionist, as well as performing production-related activities. Key Highlights: 1. Assemble and distribute special diets for patients 2. Prepare juices and salads, recording patient acceptability 3. Sanitize utensils and environment, controlling the entry and exit of tableware Provide balanced and specific meals for each pathology, in accordance with the institution's diet standards and under the guidance of a nutritionist, as well as perform production-related activities. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Transcribe all necessary information from the diet map adjusted by the clinical nutritionist to ensure appropriate dietary provision aligned with the patient's pathology and habits; * Assemble and distribute various special diets intended for patient meals; * Prepare juices and salads that constitute patient meals; * Record patient acceptability on designated forms; * Sanitize tableware, utensils, equipment, and environment, while ensuring their proper maintenance; * Restock water bottles for patients and control fluid restriction when necessary; * Monitor and manage the entry and exit of tableware, cutlery, and utensils from the dietary service areas; * Perform other duties as required or at the discretion of the supervisor; * Participate in training sessions on hospital diets, types of isolation, among others. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Knowledge of hospital diet composition, food characteristics, behavioral conduct, and hygienic-sanitary standards. **SPDM** \- Associação Paulista para o Desenvolvimento da Medicina (São Paulo Association for the Development of Medicine) is a non-profit, philanthropic civil association recognized as being of federal, state, and municipal public utility, respectively by Decrees No. 57\.925, dated 03/04/1966; No. 40\.103, dated 05/17/1962; and No. 8\.911, dated 07/30/1970\. Unit II of the Complex – designated for Backup Beds and Observation Beds \- located at Rua Helvetia, 55 – Campos Elíseos neighborhood \- São Paulo. Based on Decree No. 68\.287/2023, the Complex for Care has the following responsibilities: * To welcome individuals in vulnerable situations due to chemical dependency; * To provide health care to adults with stable clinical conditions resulting from chemical dependency; * To implement actions aimed at reestablishing family bonds impaired or broken by chemical dependency; * To facilitate progressive social reintegration in coordination with the local Psychosocial Care Network. **If you identify with the Institution’s mission and wish to be part of this journey, submit your resume!**
