We seek a committed, agile, and responsible professional with expertise in meat cutting, food handling, and customer service, contributing to product quality and enhancing our customers' shopping experience. Responsibilities and Duties * Perform cutting, deboning, cleaning, and preparation of beef, pork, poultry, and other department products; * Provide courteous customer service, offering guidance on available products and cuts; * Organize, stock, and maintain display counters clean and visually appealing; * Verify meat quality, expiration dates, and storage conditions, ensuring compliance with sanitary regulations; * Package, label, and store products appropriately; * Assist in receiving, inspecting, and organizing department merchandise; * Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of equipment, utensils, and workplace; * Follow internal procedures for hygiene, food safety, organization, and loss prevention. Requirements and Qualifications * Completed high school education; * Experience as a Butcher; * Knowledge of meat cutting, deboning, food handling, and preservation; * Organization, agility, and commitment; * Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team; * Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
