Ability to plan, organize, and work in teams **Job: BOILERMAKER / TOOLMAKER** **Location:** Catolé do Rocha/PB **Requirements:** * Completed high school (technical or vocational training in Mechanical Engineering, Machining, or related fields is preferred); * Experience operating and adjusting machine tools; * Knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings; * Knowledge of metrology and use of measuring instruments; * Familiarity with Statistical Process Control (SPC); * Ability to plan operations and perform machine adjustments; * Organized, detail-oriented, and committed to meeting deadlines; * Good communication skills and ability to work in teams; * Ability to identify maintenance needs; * Compliance with technical and safety standards; * Must reside in Catolé do Rocha (commuting range extends up to Campina Grande). **Responsibilities:** * Prepare, operate, and adjust machine tools according to the production process; * Plan machining sequences to ensure production efficiency; * Correct tool wear or failures; * Verify calibration and use measuring instruments; * Maintain production records and apply SPC; * Request materials required for operations; * Provide technical support to the team when necessary; * Identify equipment maintenance needs; * Consult technical manuals, standards, and manufacturer specifications; * Meet established production deadlines; * Maintain equipment organization, cleanliness, and good condition; * Communicate with involved departments to align activities. **Compensation and Benefits:** * Fixed salary; * Performance-based variable pay: up to R$ 1.000,00; * Bonus upon goal achievement; * Medical assistance (telemedicine); * Dental plan; Employment type: Permanent CLT Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance Work location: On-site Employment type: Permanent CLT Pay: R$1.843,18 - R$4.000,00 per month Work location: On-site
