**Responsibilities:** * Manage vehicle documentation (licensing, IPVA, insurance); * Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance of the fleet; * Enter data into systems and update control spreadsheets; * Support fuel supply management and fuel consumption control; * Provide support to drivers and the operations department; * Organize departmental files and reports. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (college degree in progress is desirable); * Proficiency in Excel and administrative routines; * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Aptitude for using systems and controls. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in fleet, logistics, or transportation; * Knowledge of vehicle maintenance; Compensation: R$1\.680,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Basic food basket * Profit-sharing program * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Workplace: On-site
