MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: * Provide dedicated customer service to the company's clients; * Monitor surplus and shortage reports; * Control OPL incidents (damages / shortages / surpluses); * Participate in client meetings to present incident performance; * Monitor evidence related to losses and damages (unloading report, CT-e issuance, loading order); * Process closure of shortage and surplus incidents (focal point); WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, and Saturday, from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
