ABOUT THE POSITION We seek a creative, organized, communicative professional passionate about handicrafts, interior decoration, home goods, and gifts, to produce handmade floral pieces and serve customers at our physical store. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy creating with their hands, possess aesthetic sensitivity, and wish to join an authorial brand—participating in the entire process, from piece production through sales and customer relationship management. RESPONSIBILITIES * Manual production of handmade ceramic floral pieces; * Application of finishing techniques, such as painting, stamping, decals, and customization of pieces; * Quality control, organization, and preparation of products for sale; * Consultative and personalized customer service; * Identification of customer needs and recommendations of products and decorative compositions; * Customer service and follow-up via WhatsApp; * Order organization and sales tracking; * Gift packaging and assembly of decorative kits and compositions; * Store and studio organization, restocking, and maintenance; * Support in developing new collections and commercial campaigns. DESIRED PROFILE * Experience in manual crafts, handicrafts, or artisanal production (preferred); * Experience in customer service or sales (preferred); * Excellent communication skills, friendliness, and professional demeanor; * Organizational ability, commitment, and attention to detail; * Ease in both in-person and digital (WhatsApp) customer interactions; * Proactive, creative profile with willingness to learn; * Interest in interior decoration, flowers, home goods, and gifts; * Preferably residing near the store or having convenient access. ADDITIONAL ASSETS * Experience in ceramics, artistic painting, handicrafts, or other manual techniques; * Education or coursework in Arts, Design, Decoration, or related fields; * Experience in consultative sales; * Familiarity with sales targets and performance metrics; * Ability to create compositions, strong aesthetic sense, and attention to detail; * Weekly working hours: 44 hours, Monday to Saturday, on a rotating shift schedule. WE OFFER * Fixed salary range of **R$ 1.800,00 to R$ 2.067,00**, based on experience and professional profile; * Commission commensurate with the role; * Performance-based bonuses; * Collaborative and creative work environment.
