Identify class needs and organize learning situations. Assess, record, and provide feedback on student performance. Collaborate with school staff, families, and school management. Participate in meetings, pedagogical projects, and ongoing professional development. Maintain pedagogical records and comply with administrative requests. Provide individualized guidance and monitor behavioral aspects, reporting possible risk situations. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed undergraduate degree. Experience in this role and with Elementary Education Level I
