Teamwork and Results Orientation **Job Description:** ---------------------- Responsible for painting interior and exterior walls, preparing masonry surfaces, cleaning them, applying fine plaster or skim coat, and sanding them; mixing components; retouching areas when necessary; applying paints specified in the project using brushes, rollers, and other painting equipment, aiming to carry out work in accordance with the construction project where employed. **Essential Requirements:** ------------------------------ Attention to Detail Knowledge of Colors and Paint Mixing Knowledge of Painting Materials Proficiency in General Painting Techniques Organization Customer Orientation Results Orientation Proactivity Interpersonal Skills Routine Management Teamwork COMPLETED ELEMENTARY EDUCATION Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Painter and/or in related fields.
