Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and leadership-oriented Construction Foreman to coordinate teams, oversee execution, ensure quality and safety, manage materials, and report to the site engineer. Focus on quality, safety, and productivity in civil construction. We are looking for an experienced, committed professional with strong leadership skills to serve as a **Construction Foreman**. Main Responsibilities: * Coordinate and supervise work teams on the construction site; * Monitor service execution according to project plans, schedules, and technical specifications; * Assign tasks and guide workers regarding service execution; * Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and productivity standards; * Control the use of materials, equipment, and tools; * Request materials and monitor their receipt and storage; * Report construction progress to the responsible engineer; * Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations. Requirements: ✔ Completed elementary or high school education; ✔ Proven experience as a Construction Foreman; ✔ Ability to read and interpret construction drawings; ✔ Knowledge of construction processes and team management; ✔ Organizational skills, leadership, responsibility, and strong communication abilities. Preferred Qualifications: * Formal Construction Foreman training; * Occupational safety courses (NRs); * Experience in residential, commercial, or industrial construction projects.
