Job Summary: A Heavy Machinery Operator is responsible for operating machinery, using equipment for soil leveling and homogenization, maintaining access roads, and finishing earthworks. Join our team as a Heavy Machinery Operator! **Responsibilities and Duties** Operate machinery by actuating levers, pedals, and control buttons; operate equipment to perform soil leveling according to project elevations, soil homogenization for pavement layers, access road maintenance, ramp finishing, completion of earthwork layers, spreading material on soil, cutting slopes and ramps, trench excavation, slope regrading, earthworks finishing, and other related tasks; drive and operate equipment while complying with traffic laws. **Requirements and Qualifications** Preferred: Completion of elementary education; valid Brazilian National Driver's License (CNH); proof of qualification to operate heavy machinery; availability to work on a biweekly rotating shift schedule; willingness to travel on company business; residence in Balsas/MA or nearby regions. **Additional Information** Life insurance (co-payment); Health plan (co-payment); Maternity basket; CLT employment contract.
