**Job Mission:** Prepare and maintain gravesites, perform burials and exhumations, and deliver excellent, high-quality service to our customers. **Specific Job Responsibilities:** Carry out burial services, maintenance, and preparation of gravesites (construction, preparation, cleaning, opening, and closing), and manage work materials, machinery, and tools. Conduct guardian ceremonies (closing and transporting urns for burial within the procedures outlined for the ceremony), as trained. Excavate soil, shore up the walls of gravesite openings, remove tombstones, and clean the interior of gravesites to ensure proper readiness for the next burial at the site. Perform burials, load and place the urn into the gravesite, facilitate proper positioning of the urn in the grave through appropriate handling of support ropes, close the grave, cover it with soil and grass, and ensure the tomb’s inviolability by securing the tombstone slab. Clean and preserve gravesites, carry out exhumation of corpses, and separate remains for ossuary or disposal (as determined by the deceased’s family). Perform any other tasks inherently falling within the scope of duties assigned to this position, upon request and guidance from the immediate supervisor. Ensure full customer satisfaction through empathetic, human-centered service to visitors at Grupo Colina facilities and during times of mourning, understanding the grief and needs of each cemetery visitor. **Education Requirement:** Minimum: Completed Elementary School
