Flexible and proactive performance in a dynamic environment. **Job Description** On-site support for daily Elementary Education routines, ensuring lesson continuity, operational support, and student supervision. **Responsibilities** * Assist teachers in classroom activities throughout the day. * Cover last-minute absences, ensuring lesson continuity and exam administration. * Supervise student arrivals, departures, and breaks, monitoring student flow. * Contribute to event organization and logistical support. * Collaborate proactively with teaching staff and coordination. * Maintain an organized, safe, and welcoming environment. **Requirements** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy or related education fields. * Prior school experience is desirable. * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor. * Availability to handle emergency requests and a dynamic routine. * Ability to interact effectively with students and support teachers across different grade levels. **Ideal Candidate Profile** A responsible, attentive, and consistently present professional, capable of acting flexibly and promptly in response to teacher substitutions or schedule adjustments.
