Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible and attentive doorman to manage access control, monitoring, and maintenance of security and order on a 12x36 shift schedule. Key Highlights: 1. Communication with security and administrative teams We are looking for a **responsible and attentive doorman** to work on a **12x36 shift schedule**, performing access control for residents, visitors, service providers, and vehicles, ensuring security and order at the premises. The professional will be responsible for **monitoring entries and exits**, **recording incidents**, **overseeing gate operations and surveillance systems**, as well as **maintaining constant communication with the security and administrative teams**. **Responsibilities:** * Control access for residents, visitors, and staff; * Perform entry and exit registrations and recordkeeping; * Monitor movement within the premises; * Ensure security and proper functioning of common areas; * Comply with and enforce internal regulations. **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education; * Prior experience in this role is preferred; * Good communication skills, attentiveness, and professional demeanor; * Availability to work on a **12x36 shift schedule** Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
