Description
JOB DESCRIPTION: Perform and monitor maintenance services for electrical, hydraulic, air conditioning, and locker room systems. Repair defects such as: mechanical issues in household appliances, motors, various pumps, furniture, telecommunications equipment, painting, and civil works. Carry out landscaping maintenance and conservation. Clean and maintain internal and external areas. Control pests and vectors. Operate wastewater and potable water systems. Replace filters in paint booths, parts washing booths, and paint preparation rooms. Wash atmospheric gas filter rooms. Update gas meter readings at the LPG central station. Monitor water meter readings. Collect sharp\-cutting materials. Perform treatment and nutritional monitoring of green curtains. Daily monitoring of monitoring wells, selective waste collection, and waste separation and classification. Decontaminate, weigh, and package waste. Supervise third\-party service providers performing internal maintenance. Open and print work orders, if necessary. Refuel vehicles and high\-pressure washing machines, and accordingly receive fuel, clean fuel storage tanks, and maintain fuel pumps. Clean stormwater galleries.
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: Prior experience in building or property maintenance is desirable. KNOWLEDGE AND\/OR TRAINING: NR\-10, NR\-35, NR\-20, and NR\-23 certifications are desirable. Basic knowledge in areas such as: residential and industrial electricity, basic mechanics, hydraulic installations, carpentry, civil construction, and painting is desirable.
