Correct use of knives and cutting tools. Food hygiene and safety regulations. Organization and cleaning of the work area. Tasks related to standard Bone Cutter duties. Previous experience as a Meat Cutter, Bone Deboning Assistant, Meat Processing Operator, or Food Handler may indicate suitability for some of the activities associated with this position. Completed elementary education required.
