Description

Job Summary: Responsible for preparing, decorating, and finishing bakery products, ensuring quality, hygiene, and organization of the workplace. Key Highlights: 1. Prepare and decorate a variety of bakery products. 2. Ensure food and environmental quality and hygiene. 3. Support the kitchen team and maintain equipment. **Main Responsibilities** * Prepare cakes, pies, sweets, desserts, fillings, toppings, and other bakery products. * Execute recipes according to technical sheets and established standards. * Decorate and finish products. * Monitor ingredient quality, expiration dates, and storage conditions. * Organize and sanitize utensils, equipment, and the workplace. * Manage raw material inventory and report restocking needs. * Strictly comply with Good Manufacturing Practices for Food Handling and Food Safety regulations. * Support the kitchen team whenever necessary. * Maintain equipment and materials in good condition. **Requirements** * Completed elementary education (high school education preferred). * Prior experience as a Bakery Chef. * Knowledge of baking techniques, basic pastry-making, and dessert decoration. * Familiarity with food hygiene and handling regulations. * Availability to work on weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts. **Additional Information** * Rotating shift schedule: 5 days on, 2 days off; after working four Sundays, the fifth Sunday is your day off. **Benefits** Transportation allowance and shuttle service On-site meals: breakfast and lunch (according to work schedule) Basic food basket or meal allowance Life insurance Well-being and mental health program **After 90 Days of Employment** Dental plan (employee contribution required) Discounts on park merchandise Annual pass for up to 4 guests Life insurance Dental plan (employee contribution required) Well-being and mental health program Discounts on park merchandise Annual pass for up to 4 guests Compensation: R$3\.076,90 per month Benefits: * Dental assistance * Basic food basket * Free parking * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher Workplace: On-site
