Requirements: Completed elementary education * Assist in preparing meats, poultry, and fish for cooking by cutting, cleaning, weighing, portioning according to requested servings, and packaging; * Assist in meal preparation by washing, peeling, selecting, chopping, or grinding ingredients; * Assist in preparing simple dishes under supervision, as needed; * Load and unload non-perishable food items and restaurant supplies; * Ensure individual and collective safety by using appropriate personal protective equipment during service execution; * Dispose of waste materials generated at the workplace; * Sort foods according to the daily menu, verifying appearance, quality, and expiration dates; * Wash and cut foods as instructed; * Support food cooking processes; * Wash kitchen utensils, maintaining organization and cleanliness of the environment; * Continuously restock food items in the dining area.
