Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible and communicative professional to monitor students' daily routines, ensuring their well-being, safety, and fostering an ethical coexistence environment. Mediating conflicts and practicing active listening We are looking for a responsible, communicative, and committed professional dedicated to our students' well-being! **Responsibilities:** * Monitor students' routines during arrival, dismissal, recess, and class intervals. * Ensure compliance with school regulations through an educational and respectful approach. * Regularly patrol common areas to prevent risks, conflicts, or disorder. * Assist in gate control, visitor access, and organization of queues and internal movement. * Report inappropriate behaviors or relevant situations to the pedagogical coordination team. * Encourage attitudes of respect, empathy, responsibility, and ethical coexistence among students. * Mediate conflicts and contribute to active listening regarding students' emotional needs. * Support events, extracurricular activities, and educational field trips. * Observe and refer cases related to bullying, exclusion, or other forms of vulnerability. * Assist in preserving school property and safeguarding students' physical and emotional integrity. * Perform other duties pertinent to the role, as directed by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** * Completed High School education. * Clear communication skills with students and the pedagogical team.
