Job Summary: The professional will supervise and support students in various activities, maintain order and discipline, mediate conflicts, and safeguard the school environment with ethics and adaptability. Mediate conflicts and provide pedagogical support \- Proactively supervise and act during student entry, dismissal, and break times; \- Collaborate in organizing spaces when necessary; \- Assist in student and material transportation; \- Accompany children to the infirmary and administer first aid when required; \- Organize lost-and-found items; \- Accompany families entering the school premises; \- Assist students requiring individual mobility support, if needed; \- Supervise students during class transitions and breaks to maintain order and discipline; \- Support academic and free-time activities; \- Identify and mediate conflicts and behavioral deviations, referring involved parties to coordination or pedagogical guidance; \- Safeguard the school's property integrity; \- Support the pedagogical department, including monitoring school transportation and event reception; \- Enforce uniform compliance at the school entrance. **Work Schedule:** Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday: 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM; Wednesday: 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM **Requirements:** \- Applies knowledge and skills acquired in their field of expertise, following conventional and pre-established procedures; \- Possesses advanced understanding of practices and processes related to their area of expertise within the Institution; \- Demonstrates ability to work effectively in small, homogeneous teams while maintaining integration and collaboration; \- Shows initiative in decision-making and problem-solving for low-complexity issues using established references; \- Stands out for flexibility and adaptability; \- Demonstrates skill and sensitivity in seeking consensus among peers, subordinates, and students; \- Maintains sharp environmental awareness, developed peripheral vision, and behavior grounded in impeccable ethics and morality, never engaging in actions that could harm the Institution or others.
