Opportunity to learn in the floriculture sector Position: Store Attendant – Florist We are seeking a communicative, organized, and attentive individual to work as a **WhatsApp and physical store attendant, in-person service** at our florist shop. Main Responsibilities: * Customer service via WhatsApp and in-person service * Answering questions about products (arrangements, bouquets, special dates, prices, etc.) * Sending photos, information, and flower suggestions * Recording orders and forwarding them to the internal team * Tracking orders and confirming deliveries * Maintaining courteous and efficient service Requirements: * Strong written communication skills * Friendliness, courtesy, and patience in customer service * Organization and attention to detail * Basic computer skills and WhatsApp proficiency * Interest in or affinity for the floral industry (preferred) Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in customer service * Experience in sales or floriculture Working Hours: * Business hours (Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM; Saturdays, 8 AM to 12 PM) * We Offer: * Competitive salary commensurate with the role * Pleasant work environment * Opportunity to learn in the floriculture sector **Interested candidates:** Please send your resume to the e\-mail campanolivia@gmail.com Employment Type: Full-time, CLT Permanent Contract Compensation: R$1\.967,00 \- R$2\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
