Commitment to the social transformation of youth **Details** We are looking for a professional to work as a Socioeducational Advisor at our institution. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing educational activities and projects that promote social inclusion, personal development, and autonomy of beneficiaries. Additionally, they will assist in the development and implementation of pedagogical plans, evaluation of outcomes, and monitoring of users’ development. If you identify with these values and wish to make a difference in the lives of children and adolescents, this may be the ideal opportunity for you! **Responsibilities** * Plan, conduct, and monitor all activities with users; * Submit monthly plans and reports; * Participate in training, planning, systematization, and evaluation activities together with the technical team; * Commit to project execution and results. * Implement planning, evaluation, and proper documentation of activities; * Adapt plans to project requirements and partnership agreements; * Mediate conflicts involving children; * Maintain order in rooms, equipment, and materials used in socioeducational activities; * Monitor user attendance during internal and external activities. * Inform management of any changes in users’ behavior, physical or emotional well-being, or development; **Work Environment** The Centers for Children and Adolescents (CCAs) are spaces designed to provide care during non-school hours. Students participate in workshops on digital culture, sports, theater, music, healthy eating, among others. These socioeducational activities support educational development, access to culture and sports, and digital inclusion for children and adolescents.
