The General Services Assistant is responsible for cleaning, maintenance, and organization of company premises, performing daily tasks such as sweeping, mopping, cleaning restrooms, and preparing coffee before the start of the workday. They are also responsible for managing and restocking cleaning supplies and organizing inventory. Arrive early to ensure all areas are clean and organized before the start of the workday; Sweep floors in both indoor and outdoor areas; Mop floors to ensure hygiene and preservation; Clean restrooms, keeping them clean and fully stocked with toilet paper, soap, and other hygiene items; Prepare coffee and organize the kitchen before staff arrival; Perform daily cleaning of offices, hallways, kitchen, common areas, and reception; Maintain organization of company premises throughout the day; Place orders for cleaning supplies whenever necessary; Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies, checking quantities, expiration dates, and ensuring proper restocking; Report any maintenance or repair needs to the responsible personnel; Carry out other duties compatible with the role, as directed by management.
