Main Responsibilities: * Greet and guide students and visitors cordially. * Respond to inquiries politely and efficiently (in person, via WhatsApp, email, and phone). * Schedule appointments and confirm commitments. * Receive payments. * Register clients in the system and file documents. * Assist with simple administrative tasks (using Google Docs). * Monitor and organize inventory. * Demonstrate an owner's mindset by treating the space as if it were your own. * Maintain a tidy and presentable environment. Requirements: * Completed high school education. * Proactivity, organization, and strong communication skills. * Basic knowledge of digital tools (email, spreadsheets, WhatsApp). * Availability during the stated working hours. * Own car or motorcycle (public transportation is limited).
