Essential organizational and administrative support **Receptionist / Sales** **About the Role:** We are looking for a warm, communicative, and organized individual to serve as a Receptionist / Sales professional at our spa. This role is essential in delivering an enchanting experience from the first contact through post-service, combining hospitality, efficiency, and results orientation. * Conduct consultative sales of services and packages. * Assist clients in selecting the most suitable treatment protocol based on their needs. * Respond to leads. * Proactively contact customers for retention, service referrals, and post-sales follow-up. * Greet clients warmly, attentively, and with professional demeanor. * Confirm appointments, accommodate walk-ins, and manage the schedule. * Explain services, protocols, and unique features of the headspa. * Ensure clients feel welcomed and secure throughout their entire journey. **Organization and Administrative Routine** * Maintain an organized reception area, waiting room, and service environment. * Enter basic information into the system (scheduling, registration, payments). * Provide support to therapists as needed. * Manage reception supplies (water, coffee, forms, promotional items). **Requirements** * Organizational skills and attention to detail. * Aptitude for sales and customer service. * Prior experience required. * Availability to work Monday through Saturday. * Easy access to Villa Lobos. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in aesthetics, beauty, spa, or wellness sectors. * Social media proficiency (Stories, simple videos, WhatsApp customer service). * Familiarity with Belle system. **Compensation Model** * Fixed CLT salary * Transportation allowance * Sales bonus Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1.900,00 \- R$3.000,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Experience: * Reception (Mandatory)
