**WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU**
* **Education:** High school diploma required. Technical degree in Chemistry or Pulp & Paper required. Bachelor's degree in Engineering is preferred.
* **Computer Skills:** Basic Microsoft Office package required. Intermediate Microsoft Office package desirable.
* **Shift Availability:** Required.

**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE**
* Minimum 5 years of panel operation experience in pulp and/or bleaching, chemical plants, digesters, washing, or purification.
**️** **WHAT YOU WILL DO**
* Control and monitor pulp production operational units by operating automation and control system panels to ensure process variables remain within planned quality and quantity parameters.
**YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
1\. Responsible for 5S implementation across all areas within your scope of work;
2\. Complete shift reports, incident logs (paper or electronic) using specific forms, as well as system entries, manufacturing records, Majiq system entries, and other production control documents;
3\. Review results from field operator inspection routes;
4\. Perform lockout tests via control panels to authorize equipment release per operational procedures;
5\. Contribute to maintenance and improvement of technical standards, work instructions, and operational procedures by identifying necessary changes and implementing them;
6\. Support basic care routes, work order issuance, overall process inspection, and analysis of operational parameters;
7\. Supervise and guide field operators and junior assistants during your shift;
8\. Control and contribute to optimization of cooking, washing, purification, bleaching, and chemical plant processes;
9\. Ensure scheduled rotation of standby equipment as defined;
10\. Maintain continuous communication and coordination with other departments involved in the process to define production and quality strategies, considering availability of chemicals, steam, water, and energy;
11\. Monitor oxygen and ozone plant operations, requesting third-party intervention for adjustments, shutdowns, and startups;
12\. Maintain or replenish resources required for daily activities;
