Description: We are seeking an Assistant Professor of Humanities to collaborate with the titular professor in the disciplines of History, Geography, Philosophy, and/or Sociology. This professional will support pedagogical planning, classroom instruction, individual student mentoring, and the development of interdisciplinary projects. In addition to regular duties, the assistant will be responsible for conducting training sessions for Humanities Olympiads, encouraging critical thinking, research skills, text interpretation, and student participation in academic competitions. Responsibilities and Duties * Assist the titular professor in preparing lessons, activities, assessments, and projects. * Support students during theoretical, practical, and investigative activities. * Deliver review, reinforcement, and leveling-up classes. * Plan and conduct specialized training for Humanities Olympiads (e.g., ONHB, National Geography Olympiad, regional History Olympiads, Philosophy/Sociology competitions). * Facilitate debates, seminars, and discussions, encouraging argumentation and critical thinking. * Support the use of digital platforms, research tools, and multimedia resources. * Assist in developing and monitoring interdisciplinary projects, cultural fairs, and exhibitions. * Monitor student performance and provide feedback to the titular professor and coordination team. * Contribute pedagogical interventions for students facing difficulties in reading, text interpretation, and written expression. * Assist in organizing teaching materials and educational resources. * Participate in pedagogical meetings, internal training sessions, and institutional initiatives. * Promote a welcoming, organized, and dialogue-friendly environment.
