Job Summary: We are seeking Pedagogy students to serve as interns in an educational inclusion program, focusing on educating students with disabilities and developing inclusive pedagogical competencies. Key Highlights: 1. Enriching hands-on experience in special education 2. Development of inclusive pedagogical competencies 3. Assisting in the development and implementation of adapted lesson plans We are looking for Pedagogy students from the 4th semester onward who are interested in Special Education to serve as interns in our educational inclusion program. The focus is to provide enriching hands-on experience in educating students with disabilities (intellectual, physical, autism, ADHD, giftedness, etc.), while fostering the development of inclusive pedagogical competencies. **Requirements** * Currently enrolled in a Pedagogy program from the 4th semester onward; * Emphasis on or interest in Special Education (preferred); * Availability for an internship lasting 4 to 6 months (with possibility of extension); * Empathy, patience, creativity, and strong communication skills; * Basic knowledge of curriculum adaptations, accessible teaching resources, and inclusion strategies. **Responsibilities** * Assist in the development and implementation of adapted lesson plans; * Support the classroom teacher in activities with inclusive classes; * Participate in the creation of accessible teaching materials; * Monitor and document student progress; * Contribute to awareness-raising and inclusion initiatives within the school environment.
