Job Summary: The Pedagogical Coordinator develops and monitors curriculum content, supports teachers, and communicates with parents and guardians at Early Childhood Education Centers managed by SPDM. Communication and support for parents and guardians Develops the academic-year curriculum content collaboratively with teachers, monitors and follows up on classroom instruction, provides assistance to teachers as needed, and conducts communication and support activities for parents and guardians. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support teachers; * Organize meetings with teachers; * Study Sessions (reviewing official documentation, bulletins, and regulations provided by the Municipal Education Department to train qualified professionals); * Review class attendance records; * Review daily logs (student behavior feedback); * Review weekly lesson plans (teachers' weekly planning); * Review Letters of Intent (teaching methodologies teachers wish to apply in class); * Contact and support parents; * Respond to requests from the Regional Education Directorate (DRE); * Respond to institutional requests; * People management; * Receive and attend to suppliers; * Safeguard and maintain institutional assets; * Receive and respond to emails; * Participate in training sessions promoted by direct leadership and the institution; Participate in training sessions promoted by the DRE. * **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy; * Experience in pedagogical coordination in early childhood education schools and/or daycare centers. **Additional Information** East Zone: Vila Itaim (São Miguel Paulista) **SPDM** \- Associação Paulista para o Desenvolvimento da Medicina is a non-profit civil association of philanthropic nature, recognized as a federal, state, and municipal public utility entity under Decrees No. 57\.925, dated 03/04/1966; No. 40\.103, dated 05/17/1962; and No. 8\.911, dated 07/30/1970, respectively. Currently, SPDM manages eleven (11) Early Childhood Education Centers located across the South, North, West, Central, and East zones of São Paulo City, in neighborhoods including Vila Mariana \- Parque do Ibirapuera, Jaguaré, Parque Panamericano \- Jaraguá, Cidade Patriarca, Campos Elíseos, Vila Paranaguá \- Ermelino Matarazzo, São Miguel Paulista \- Vila Itaim, and Arthur Alvim. We employ approximately 300 staff members and serve around 2\.500 children aged 0 to 3 years and 11 months.
