Collaborate with the teaching team and families Assist the classroom teacher and pedagogical team in caring for, monitoring, and ensuring student safety during various academic activities and routines, supporting children's development, guiding them on hygiene, nutrition, and behavior, supervising free time and meals, and assisting in organizing materials and communicating with the team and families—all under supervision and in compliance with the school's guidelines. **01** Assist the classroom teacher in conducting classroom activities by organizing materials, helping students complete tasks, observing and recording relevant information about child development (under guidance), and participating in project planning and evaluation to optimize teaching work and contribute to the teaching\-learning process. **02** Supervise and guide students (especially Early Childhood Education through Grade 3) during personal hygiene (toilet use, tooth brushing), meals (main meals, snacks), and rest periods, assisting with individual needs, organizing belongings (backpacks, soiled clothing), and promoting healthy eating habits to foster autonomy, ensure well-being, and meet children’s basic needs. **03** Accompany and ensure student safety during recess, courtyard time, playground activities, field trips, visits, and other movements within or outside the school, maintaining constant vigilance, instructing students on coexistence and safety rules, and intervening in risky or conflict situations—always staying attentive to safeguard students’ physical integrity and appropriate behavior. **04** Warmly welcome students upon arrival at school and assist new students in adapting, offering emotional support, facilitating interaction with peers and teachers, and observing integration difficulties—to create a welcoming and safe environment for all. **05** Report relevant observations (behavior, health, difficulties) to the classroom teacher, supervisor, or pedagogical team; assist in contacting families when requested; and participate in meetings (pedagogical, parent-teacher, councils) to ensure timely communication critical for student monitoring and strengthen partnerships with the school community. **06** Support maintaining general student discipline across school spaces by guiding students on coexistence rules, mediating minor conflicts under supervision, and reporting more complex situations to the pedagogical team or supervisor—to foster a respectful and organized school environment. **07** Assist in organizing and cleaning used spaces (classrooms, courtyards, dining areas), storing materials after use, guiding students on space care, and reporting maintenance or deep-cleaning needs—to keep environments pleasant, functional, and safe. **08** Attend and actively participate in pedagogical meetings, training sessions, workshops, and school-organized events to enhance knowledge of child development and educational practices—thus improving professional performance and contributing more effectively to the team. **09** Carry out support tasks assigned by school administration or supervision—for example, internal messenger duties, assisting in event organization, or other related activities—demonstrating proactivity and collaboration to support the school’s smooth overall operation. **10** Perform duties with respect, care, understanding, punctuality, and responsibility—maintaining respectful relationships with colleagues, students, and families while adhering to the school’s guidelines and values—to build a positive and ethical work environment.
