Job Summary:
Assist the teacher and teaching staff in caring for and ensuring students' safety, supporting their development, guiding them on hygiene and nutrition, and collaborating in school organization.

Assist the lead teacher and teaching staff in caring for, supervising, and ensuring students' safety during various school activities and routines, supporting children's development, guiding them on hygiene, nutrition, and behavior, supervising free time and meals, and collaborating in organizing materials and communicating with staff and families—all under supervision and in compliance with the school's guidelines.

Assist the lead teacher in conducting classroom activities, organizing materials, helping students complete tasks, observing and recording relevant information about children's development (under guidance), and participating in project planning and evaluation to optimize teaching work and contribute to the teaching\-learning process.

Supervise and guide students (especially Early Childhood Education through Grade 3) during personal hygiene activities (bathroom use, tooth brushing), meals (main meals and snacks), and rest periods, assisting with individual needs, organizing belongings (backpacks, soiled clothes), and promoting healthy eating habits to foster autonomy, ensure well-being, and meet children's basic needs.

Accompany and ensure students' safety during recess, courtyard time, playground use, field trips, visits, and other movements within or outside the school premises, maintaining constant attention, guiding students on coexistence and safety rules, and intervening in risky or conflict situations—always remaining attentive to safeguard students' physical integrity and proper conduct.

Emotionally welcome students upon arrival at school and assist new students in adapting, offering emotional support, facilitating interaction with peers and teachers, and observing integration difficulties—to create a welcoming and safe environment for all.

Report relevant observations (behavior, health, difficulties) to the lead teacher, supervisor, or teaching staff; assist in contacting families when requested; and participate in meetings (pedagogical, parent-teacher, council)—to ensure important information flows effectively for student monitoring and strengthen partnerships with the school community.

Support maintaining general student discipline across different school spaces, guiding students on coexistence rules, mediating minor conflicts under supervision, and reporting more complex situations to the teaching staff or supervisor—to help foster a respectful and organized school environment.

Collaborate in organizing and cleaning used areas (classrooms, courtyards, dining halls), storing materials after use, guiding students on space care, and reporting maintenance or deep-cleaning needs—to keep spaces pleasant, functional, and safe.

Attend and actively participate in pedagogical meetings, training sessions, workshops, and school-organized events, seeking to enhance knowledge of child development and educational practices—to improve professional performance and contribute more effectively to the team.

Perform support tasks assigned by school administration or supervision—such as internal messenger services, assisting in event organization, or other related duties—demonstrating proactivity and collaboration to support the school’s smooth overall operation.
