




Job Summary: Assist the teacher and pedagogical team in caring for and ensuring students' safety, supporting children's development and collaborating in daily school routines and communication. Assist the classroom teacher and pedagogical team in caring for, supervising, and ensuring students' safety during various academic activities and daily routines, supporting children's development, guiding them on hygiene, nutrition, and behavior, supervising free-time activities and meals, and assisting in organizing materials and communicating with staff and families—all under supervision and in accordance with the school's guidelines. **01** Assist the classroom teacher in conducting classroom activities by organizing materials, helping students complete tasks, observing and recording relevant information about children's development (under guidance), and participating in project planning and evaluation to optimize teaching work and contribute to the teaching\-learning process. **02** Supervise and guide students (especially Early Childhood Education through Grade 3) during personal hygiene activities (toilet use, tooth brushing), mealtimes (meals, snacks), and rest periods; assist with individual needs; organize personal belongings (backpacks, soiled clothing); and promote healthy eating habits—to foster autonomy, ensure well-being, and meet children's basic needs. **03** Accompany and safeguard students' safety during recess, courtyard time, playground activities, field trips, visits, and other movements inside or outside the school; maintain constant vigilance; guide students on coexistence and safety rules; and intervene in risky or conflict situations—always remaining attentive to ensure students' physical integrity and appropriate behavior. **04** Warmly welcome students upon arrival at school and assist new students in adapting, providing emotional support, facilitating interaction with peers and teachers, and observing integration difficulties—to create a welcoming and safe environment for all. **05** Report relevant observations (behavior, health, difficulties) to the classroom teacher, supervisor, or pedagogical team; assist in family communications when requested; and participate in meetings (pedagogical, parent-teacher, council)—to ensure critical information flows effectively for student monitoring and strengthen partnerships with the school community. **06** Support maintaining general student discipline across various school spaces; guide students on coexistence rules; mediate minor conflicts under supervision; and report more complex situations to the pedagogical team or supervisor—to help cultivate a respectful and well-organized school environment. **07** Assist in organizing and cleaning used spaces (classrooms, courtyards, cafeterias); store materials after use; guide students on caring for shared spaces; and report maintenance or deep-cleaning needs—to keep environments pleasant, functional, and safe. **08** Attend and actively participate in pedagogical meetings, training sessions, workshops, and school-organized events to enhance knowledge of child development and educational practices—thus improving professional practice and contributing more effectively to the team. **09** Perform support tasks assigned by school leadership or supervision—such as internal messenger services, event coordination assistance, or other related duties—demonstrating initiative and collaboration to support the school’s smooth overall operation. **10** Carry out responsibilities with respect, care, understanding, punctuality, and accountability; maintain respectful relationships with colleagues, students, and families; and adhere to the school’s guidelines and values—to foster a positive and ethical work environment.
