Job Summary: The professional will perform patient reception, preparation, and monitoring for examinations, ensuring safety, proper waste disposal, and organized documentation. Key Highlights: 1. Management of confidential waste disposal and documentation. **Responsibilities** Receive patients, identifying priority cases, and schedule examinations according to examination requests and/or requested medical records; Prepare patients for examinations by assessing their physical conditions and following safety protocols; Assist patients in exiting the equipment and examination room, and if necessary, monitor them post-examination; Properly dispose of all items used during procedures, directing them to appropriate waste streams according to material separation processes, while using correct PPE; Accurately identify patients per internal policies and adopted procedures to ensure examination safety; File patient documents appropriately in medical records and/or systems to ensure accessibility while maintaining information confidentiality. **Requirements** Completed high school education; Experience in healthcare reception is a plus.
