Alternatively, an undergraduate degree in any field will be accepted, provided it is accompanied by a specialized IT course with a minimum duration of 360 hours, or a professional technical course in the IT field. Certifications * Certificate of completion of an in-person course on computer assembly and maintenance (Hardware), with a minimum duration of 30 hours. * Certificate of completion of an in-person course on installation and advanced maintenance of Windows and/or Linux systems, with a minimum duration of 16 hours. * Certificate of completion of an in-person introductory course on local area computer networks, with a minimum duration of 16 hours. Alternatively, for the above courses, certificates or academic transcripts verifying participation in technical or undergraduate-level courses (in-person modality) with equivalent content and minimum duration will be accepted. * Certificate of completion of the HDI DAST (Desktop Advanced Support Technician) course or equivalent. Preparatory Training * Complete the Mandatory Initial Training (CIO) with a minimum of 20 hours within the first 10 business days of contract commencement (online). * Complete the 40-hour Operational Internship (in-person).
