Job Summary: This internship offers the opportunity to assist the PMO team with tasks related to contract management, report development, and process mapping. Key Highlights: 1. Support in contract management and management control reporting. 2. Assistance in process mapping and continuous improvement. 3. Support to teams and management across various services. * Assist the PMO (Program Management Officer) team with general tasks related to contract management; * Assist in developing reliable and comprehensive management control reports; * Assist in process mapping and integration to ensure implementation of routines and continuous improvement initiatives. * Support in mapping company processes for creation/adjustment of performance indicators (KPIs); * Assist teams and management by providing support across various services; * Contact internal customers and suppliers as requested by the PMO; * Draft and dispatch correspondence to support communication; * Resolve low-complexity problems. **Responsibilities and Duties** Águas Azuis is a purpose-specific joint venture established between thyssenkrupp Marine Systems, Embraer Defesa \& Segurança, and Atech — a subsidiary of Embraer — to build four new Tamandaré-class ships, thereby expanding and modernizing the Brazilian Navy’s fleet. It will maintain a strong presence in Brazil and leverage the solid expertise of its controlling companies across multiple domains. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** Must be currently enrolled in Administration or Engineering. **Requirements:** Intermediate English; Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in teams. **Additional Information** This intern will be hired by Águas Azuis. 6-hour daily contract.
