The professional will be responsible for ensuring student discipline and proper conduct, safeguarding security and an appropriate environment for academic activities. The school inspector will also mediate conflicts, support teachers, continuously monitor compliance with institutional rules, and manage student entry and exit.
**How You Will Contribute to Our Team:**
* Supervise student entry, exit, and break times, ensuring order and safety.
* Assist in organizing and monitoring academic activities, preventing inappropriate behavior.
* Monitor compliance with school coexistence rules and report incidents to the pedagogical coordination team.
* Support teachers and the pedagogical team in discipline-related activities.
* Conduct periodic rounds across school facilities, ensuring all spaces are used according to institutional regulations.
* Communicate behavioral or safety issues to guardians when necessary.
**Requirements and Qualifications** **What We Expect You to Know:**
* Completion of high school.
* Availability to work Monday through Friday from 08:45 a.m. to 6:45 p.m. in the **Hugo Lange** neighborhood.
