Job Summary: We are seeking a communicative, organized, and passionate Free Course Assistant who loves working with children to supervise students, grade teaching materials, and organize the center. Opportunity to organize the center and teaching materials We are hiring a Free Course Assistant to join the Kumon center team located in Praia da Costa – Vila Velha/ES! If you are communicative, organized, and passionate about working with children, this opportunity is for you! Salary: R$1.621,00 (during the 3-month probation period), thereafter R$1.714,00 Benefits: Transportation allowance + Meal allowance: R$20.00 per day (approximately R$440.00 over 22 working days) Workload: 40 hours per week Working Hours: Monday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM (1-hour break) Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour break) Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour break) Thursday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM (1-hour break) Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour break) Requirements: * Enjoy working with children * Completed high school education * Basic computer skills * Proficiency in Mathematics, Portuguese, and English is a plus! Main Responsibilities: Supervise students in the classroom Assist in course sales Grade teaching materials (using answer keys) Organize student folders and materials Organize the center Participate in internal training sessions Study the institution’s philosophy and materials Send notifications and messages to parents Compensation: R$1.621,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Do you have experience interacting with parents/guardians and children?
