Opportunity to be the school's first point of contact We seek an organized, communicative, and welcoming professional to work at the school reception, serving as the first point of contact for families, students, staff, and visitors. The Customer Service Assistant will ensure courteous, efficient, and institutionally aligned service. Main Responsibilities * Provide in-person, telephone, and digital channel support. * Greet parents, students, suppliers, and visitors. * Provide information regarding schedules, events, internal processes, and school services. * Manage entry and exit of individuals, ensuring organization and security. * Support the school secretariat with administrative tasks. * Organize documents, correspondence, and internal protocols. * Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments. * Support the pedagogical and administrative teams as needed. Requirements * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in customer service (preferably in a school environment). * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Organizational skills and professional demeanor. * Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office suite and digital tools). Additional Information: Salary: R$ 1\.621,00 \+ Transportation Allowance \+ Educational Incentive; Workload: 44 hours per week (Monday to Saturday).
