Job Summary: We are seeking a Law Intern to work on-site in Corporate Law, with a focus on Contracts and Capital Markets, performing advisory duties. Key Highlights: 1. Highly professional work environment We are looking for a Law Intern to work on-site at our office located in Vila Nova Conceição, São Paulo/SP, focusing on Corporate Law—particularly Contracts and Capital Markets. The intern will work directly with the department head, participating in contract drafting and review, legal research, document analysis, support in corporate transactions, and other tasks related to corporate advisory practice. **Requirements:** \- Currently enrolled in a Law program; \- Provide proof of enrollment and academic transcript; \- Currently completing at least the 5th semester (3rd year); \- Availability to intern during afternoon hours; \- Full on-site availability at Vila Nova Conceição – São Paulo/SP. **Desired Competencies:** \- Commitment and responsibility; \- Proactivity and willingness to learn; \- Adaptability; \- Technical rigor and attention to detail; \- Efficiency in task execution; \- Strong written communication and analytical skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** Fluency in English and/or Spanish.
