Support negotiations within the commercial policy and conduct periodic alignment meetings. Develop, activate, and, when necessary, replace representatives. Indicators and Control: Monitor revenue, product mix, average ticket, and margins. Identify deviations and implement corrective actions promptly. Track commissions, bonuses, and commercial expenses. Internal Integration: Act as the liaison between representatives, logistics, finance, and billing departments.
