If you align with our Institution's values and are ready to make a difference in students' lives, this opportunity is for you. **Job Description:** As a Classroom Assistant, you will play a vital role in: * Providing pedagogical support to teachers and students. * Organizing the classroom, teaching materials, and learning environments. * Monitoring students' development during educational activities. * Participating in educational development and school events. * Ensuring students' well-being and safety during departure, boarding, and disembarking. * Accompanying students back to the classroom after meals. * Contributing to other activities as needed. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy (completed or in progress). **Mandatory Competencies:** * Commitment and responsibility in your role. * Ability to build relationships with children, conveying security and confidence to families. * Consistency, fairness, and transparency in daily interactions. * Ability to work collaboratively in a team. **Preferred Qualifications:** * **Flexibility**: Ability to adapt to changes in class assignments and routines while maintaining a stable and safe learning environment. * **Proactivity**: Initiative in identifying needs and implementing solutions, contributing to student development and smooth classroom operations. * **Experience**: Experience in school settings and knowledge of educational practices that promote effective and engaging learning. * **Location**: Preferably residing in Itupeva or nearby.
