Job Summary: The Nursery Baby Classroom Assistant provides direct support to the teacher and classroom routine, contributing to the care, emotional support, and holistic development of early childhood education students. A fundamental role in organizing and ensuring the safety of the environment The Nursery Baby Classroom Assistant will directly support the lead teacher and classroom routine, contributing to the care, emotional support, and holistic development of early childhood education students, especially those in infancy. This professional plays a fundamental role in organizing the learning environment, ensuring safety, promoting physical and emotional well-being, and stimulating interactions and learning, while respecting each child's individual pace and needs. **Responsibilities** * Assist the teacher in pedagogical activities planned for the Nursery Baby class; * Supervise and care for children during daily routines (arrival, departure, meals, hygiene, rest, and in-class activities); * Support children's development of autonomy, socialization, and motor coordination; * Ensure students' physical and emotional safety and well-being at all times; * Organize and sanitize pedagogical materials and the classroom environment; * Assist in managing the daily schedule and transitions between activities; * Observe children's behavior and development, reporting to the teacher and coordination team as needed; * Support school events, meetings, and institutional activities when requested; * Maintain respectful and collaborative communication with the pedagogical team and other school staff. **Requirements** * Completed high school education (a degree or coursework in Teaching, Pedagogy, or related fields is desirable); * Prior experience working with young children, preferably in Early Childhood Education; * Affinity, patience, and attentiveness when interacting with infants and toddlers; * Basic knowledge of hygiene, nutrition, and childcare practices; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and teamwork orientation; * Commitment, responsibility, and ethical conduct; * Availability to attend trainings, pedagogical meetings, and school events as required; * Preference for candidates residing in Vinhedo or nearby cities.
