Description: About the Position: The Cashier Operator is responsible for scanning customers' purchased items, processing payments, and delivering friendly and efficient service. This role directly impacts the customer experience by ensuring speed and accuracy during checkout, as well as assisting with front-of-store organization. Key Responsibilities: * Provide customer service in accordance with company standards and Store School guidelines. * Process merchandise sales, weigh products, and scan barcodes using an optical reader. * Perform routine cashier-related tasks. * Comply with company internal standards and procedures. * Maintain a clean and organized sales counter. * Close the cash register at the end of the shift. * Serve customers with friendliness and efficiency, adhering to required service standards. * Follow all operational procedures required for this position. * Keep the cash register clean and organized during and after service, maintaining a professional work environment. * Follow all Store School training instructions to ensure high-quality service. Desirable Qualifications (Preferred): * Prior experience in customer service or cashier operations. * Basic computer literacy. * Agility and organizational skills when handling products and cash. * Ability to work effectively in a team.
