Foster a positive climate and child development Description: * Completed high school with experience in early childhood education; or * Undergraduate studies in Pedagogy, either ongoing or completed; * Prior experience in the activities described; * Availability to work full-time. * Provide support and collaborate with the Educator to ensure proper classroom functioning, guaranteeing children's well-being, safety, respectful treatment, services, and education, as well as attending to families whenever necessary; * Correctly execute established processes and protocols, remaining alert and vigilant regarding children's well-being and care throughout the entire shift, acting promptly upon detecting any observed risk to children's safety or well-being; * Promote and stimulate a positive climate in each classroom and with each child; * Actively participate in pedagogical work to ensure effective implementation and execution of the educational program, fostering children's personal and social development and active-reflective learning; * Collaborate with the Educator and the educational team in monthly educational planning, contributing activity proposals. 251229020249392147
