**Responsibilities and Duties**
We seek a Financial Assistant to support the Finance Department’s daily operations, focusing on expense control, financial document management, monitoring supplier invoices, and invoice analysis — ensuring organization, accuracy, and timely delivery.

* Support control of unit consumption accounts and expenses (water, electricity, contracts, services, and other administrative expenses);
* Perform reconciliation and analysis of received invoices, identifying value variances and potential discrepancies;
* Prepare comparative expense analyses across periods, evaluating increased consumption, price adjustments, or inconsistencies;
* Maintain financial controls using Excel spreadsheets, updating and tracking departmental KPIs;
* Record financial entries and monitor data processing within the system;
* Contact suppliers, utility providers, and external agencies regarding invoices and financial documents;
* Support external processes such as ownership transfers with units (e.g., water and electricity).
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Currently enrolled in or graduated from a Bachelor’s degree program in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields;
* Experience in finance-related tasks, accounts payable, expense control, or administrative roles;
* Proficiency in Excel for creating and managing controls and spreadsheets;
* Experience with financial systems/ERP is a plus.
* Must have easy access to the Mogi das Cruzes region.
